Especially show jumping horse breeding under the KES brand has been carried out by our family for generations with the utmost care and passion, and it forms the centerpiece of our philosophy. Veterinarian Dr. Franz Winkler sen. (Jenbach / Tyrol), grandfather of Thomas W. Kreidl, began breeding show jumping horses in Tyrol as early as the 1980s, laying the foundation and basis for our breeding success.

For the current state of KES show jumping horse breeding, this means that each year between 5 and 15 foals from our own or leased mares are born in our stables at Stud Gut Nechen in Löbau (GER).

The selection and evaluation of our broodmares is carried out strictly according to the genetics of the dam lines, the sport and breeding performance of the stallion and dam, as well as our experience gained from previous offspring. In addition to the foals we breed ourselves, around 15 foals are purchased each year from the breeding regions of Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany for rearing.
