Lisa has long been a cornerstone of our KES team. From the very beginning, her passion has been for young horses and foals, and for over 10 years, until 2024, she led our KES breeding operation in Fillmannsbach (Upper Austria). In recent years, not a single foal—more than 100 in total—was born at the KES stables without Lisa by its side in the first minutes of life.

Only with the relocation of our KES breeding operation in 2024 to Stud Farm Gut Nechen in Löbau (GER) did Lisa hand over most of her responsibilities to the Stud Farm Gut Nechen team and now supervises her young stock in Lusatia (GER) only at regular intervals. Nevertheless, Lisa continues to support our KES youngsters at all foal presentations, free-jumping championships, and breed shows.

It is only when our KES youngsters begin their under-saddle training that their paths sometimes diverge, although Lisa occasionally takes the saddle herself for some of her special favorites—most recently, Ravella KES—in show jumping.

The 17-year-old high school graduate from Oberndorf has truly developed into a key member of the KES team over the past few months. Sophia supports our KES team in the training of competition horses and will also present them at shows in the future. With Sophia, another valuable talent is maturing in the KES team under the saddle, one who is destined to make her mark in international competition.

The 22-year-old chimney sweep from Ramsau am Dachstein has been riding for the KES team for several years and successfully presents our horses at national and international shows up to the Grand Prix level. The native of Styria also has a small private show jumping stable in her hometown.

“Guggi” is the anchor of our KES team and a strong mentor who ensures balance within our community. With her extensive and long-standing experience in stable management, training and education of young riders and horses, as well as her work as a competition groom, she is always ready to support every young, ambitious team member with guidance and practical help.
